A 7-night Quiltworx retreat that you and your quilting besties don't want to miss ... good times, tasty food/drink, fun projects, awesome CI led instruction, relaxing atmosphere ... all while creating lifetime quilting friends and your very own gorgeous ARCADIA quilt! Warning: you may have so much fun that you become one of our quilting besties who return year after year! Space is limited to 14 retreaters - grab your spot now! RETREAT DATES: Saturday May 1, 2027 to Saturday May 8, 2027 LOCATION: Rolling Hills Retreat Center, 201 Overland Dr, Piedmont AL TOTAL COST**: $1250.00 - Includes 7-nights lodging in shared rooms, daily meals/snacks and drinks/wine, swag, daily instruction and demos, individual workstations, free mini Quiltworx kit and pattern, more swag** NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE NOW: $500.00 REMAINING BALANCE OF $750.00 DUE BY March 1, 2027 **Cost does not include your Arcadia quilt kit or pattern which will need to be purchased separately. Cancellation Policy
At JuJuBee Quilt Co., we understand that plans can change. Because retreats require advance commitments for lodging, meals, facilities, instructors, and other expenses, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated for a specific retreat. Deposits: A deposit may be required to reserve your space. All retreat deposits are non-refundable unless JuJuBee Quilt Co. cancels the retreat. Final balances must be paid by the deadline specified for the event. Participant Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. More than 120 days before the retreat: Payments will be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable expenses already incurred. 61–120 days before the retreat: 50% of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be refunded. 60 days or less before the retreat: All payments are non-refundable. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unused portions of the retreat. Registration Transfers: With prior approval, a registration may be transferred to another participant. JuJuBee Quilt Co. is not responsible for finding a replacement participant. Kits, Patterns & Supplies: Special-order or customized retreat kits and supplies may be non-refundable. All patterns are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Cancellation by JuJuBee Quilt Co.: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather, instructor or facility issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a retreat and it is not rescheduled, eligible retreat fees paid to JuJuBee Quilt Co. will be refunded. We are not responsible for airfare, transportation, lodging, or other personal travel expenses. Travel Insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against illness, emergencies, weather, travel delays, or other unexpected circumstances. By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Any cancellation terms published for a specific retreat will take precedence over this general policy.
