LONGARM QUILTING SERVICES
Beautiful quilting to bring your quilt top to life. At JuJuBee Quilt Co., I offer computerized edge-to-edge, free-motion, semi-custom, custom, and heirloom quilting services. Whether you're looking for a beautiful all-over design or detailed custom quilting created specifically for your quilt, I will work with you to select a quilting style that complements your quilt top and helps make your finished quilt truly special.
Quilting services are available for quilts up to 122" wide.
EDGE-TO-EDGE QUILTING
A beautiful and economical choice for finishing your quilt. One continuous quilting design is stitched across the entire quilt top.
Loose $0.025 per square inch
Ideal for a softer, more open quilting texture.
Moderate $0.030 – $0.045 per square inch
A versatile choice offering additional texture and definition.
Dense $0.045 – $0.055 per square inch
Perfect for quilts where you want the quilting to become a more prominent part of the finished design.
$50 minimum charge for Edge-to-Edge quilting.
THREAD
Quality thread is selected to complement your quilt and quilting design.
Bobbins — $2.00 each
Thread color changes — $5.00 per color change
BATTING
A variety of quality batting options are available for purchase, including:
- Bamboo Blend
- Wool
- Cotton
- 80/20 Cotton/Poly
Batting selection can make a significant difference in the finished appearance, loft, drape, and feel of your quilt. I am happy to help you choose an appropriate batting for your project.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Sometimes a quilt needs a little extra preparation before it is ready for the longarm. Additional services are available, including:
- Loading flannel, blanket, fleece, or minky backing
- Rush service
- Backing piecing and/or preparation
- Quilt top repair
- Ironing
Additional-service charges are based on the individual quilt and the amount of preparation or work required.
EDGE-TO-EDGE CENTER WITH CUSTOM BORDERS
Combine the efficiency and beauty of an edge-to-edge design in the center of your quilt with individually quilted borders for a more customized finish.
Moderate $0.045 – $0.055 per square inch
Dense $0.055 – $0.065 per square inch
SEMI-CUSTOM QUILTING
Starting at $0.065 per square inch
Semi-custom quilting combines computerized and/or free-motion quilting techniques to highlight selected areas of your quilt while maintaining an overall coordinated design. This is a wonderful option when your quilt deserves something more individualized than an edge-to-edge design without requiring fully custom quilting.
CUSTOM & HEIRLOOM QUILTING
Starting at $0.085 per square inch
For those special quilts that require unique attention. I will work with you individually to create a one-of-a-kind design specifically tailored to your quilt top. This service includes detailed free-motion and computerized motifs that enhance the artistry of your piecing and appliqué.
PREPARING YOUR QUILT
To ensure the best results, please make sure your quilt top is pressed and thread tails are trimmed. Batting and backing should be at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all four sides. I look forward to working with you to bring your quilt vision to life!
