Cancellation Policy

At JuJuBee Quilt Co., we understand that plans sometimes change. Because class sizes are limited and your registration reserves a space that may prevent another student from attending, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated for a specific class or workshop. Student Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted to JuJuBee Quilt Co. 7 days or more before class: Receive a full refund of the class fee or transfer your registration to another available class. 1–6 days before class: Receive store credit for the class fee to use toward a future class or workshop. Less than 1 days before class: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows: No refund, credit, or transfer will be provided. Kits, Patterns & Supplies: Unless specifically stated, class kits, patterns, fabric, rulers, tools, and supplies are separate from the class registration fee and are subject to our regular return policy. Special-order or customized class kits may be non-refundable. All patterns are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Cancellation by JuJuBee Quilt Co.: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness or unavailability, severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If JuJuBee Quilt Co. cancels a class, students may receive a full refund of the class fee, transfer their registration to the rescheduled class or another available class, or receive store credit. JuJuBee Quilt Co. is not responsible for travel, lodging, meals, or other expenses resulting from a class cancellation or schedule change. By registering and submitting payment for a class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Any cancellation terms published for a specific class or workshop will take precedence over this general policy. JuJuBee Quilt Co. Julie@JuJuBeeQuiltCo.com www.JuJuBeeQuiltCo.com
